Actor Nayanthara, who is fondly called Lady Superstar by fans, recently rewatched Salman Khan and Bhagyashree’s ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, one of the all-time classics. She shared a screenshot of the film with ‘Dil Deewana’ song running in the background. The actor expressed her love for the two characters and the film on her Instagram Stories. Often, the actor revisits her favourite films at her home.

On August 5, Nayanthara decided to revisit one of her favourite films at her home. She shared a screenshot and wrote, “These two and this film. Just pure love (sic),” with a series of heart emojis.

For the unaware, Salman Khan played an extended cameo in Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara’s Telugu film, ‘GodFather’, which is the remake of superhit Malayalam film, ‘Lucifer’.

Back in 2022, Nayanthara thanked Salman Khan for making ‘GodFather’ bigger. Everyone loves Salman Khan sir and this movie shows why. Thanking you sir for your explosive act and for making this film bigger (sic).”

In 2023, Nayanthara made her Hindi debut with Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’. Directed by Atlee, the film ended up as the highest-grossing film, earning over 1,100 crore worldwide. It is being reported that Nayanthara is in talks for a few projects in Bollywood. However, she hasn’t made any formal announcement yet.

The actor is now awaiting the release of her two Tamil films – ‘The Test’ and ‘Mannangatti Since 1960’. She also has Malayalam film ‘Dear Students’ with Nivin Pauly.

Nayanthara shared a screenshot from a scene featuring the iconic ‘Dil Deewana’ song, showcasing the evergreen romantic pair, on her Instagram stories. Accompanying the picture, she wrote, “These two & this film just pure love,” expressing her deep affection for both the characters and the film.
