The Movie I Will Never Watch Again — Ajay Devgn’s Film! Please, Ajay Devgn Sir, Enough!

Ajay Devgn is undoubtedly one of the most talented and versatile actors in the Indian film industry. Known for his intense roles, powerful dialogues, and remarkable performances, Ajay Devgn has amassed a massive fan base over the years. However, just like every other actor, there are some films that leave audiences scratching their heads, questioning the decision-making of the director and the actor himself. In this blog, we will discuss one such film — a movie that I swear, I will never watch again, no matter what!

The Movie — “Tezz”

Released in 2012, “Tezz” is an action thriller film starring Ajay Devgn, Anil Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, and Boman Irani. The plot revolves around a high-speed train filled with hostages, a ticking bomb, and Ajay Devgn’s character racing against time to stop it. At first glance, the concept seems intriguing and promising, and it definitely brought a lot of excitement for Ajay Devgn fans. But, after watching the movie, it’s safe to say that expectations were far from met.

The Problem with “Tezz”

The film is riddled with logical inconsistencies, poor screenplay, and downright silly sequences that seem to defy the laws of physics and common sense. Let’s start with the premise itself. The idea of a train bomb being defused at such breakneck speed seems almost implausible, even for a Bollywood movie. Watching Ajay Devgn’s character run around the train’s engine or the overhead compartments during the course of the movie, while the clock is ticking, left me bewildered. It’s almost as if the filmmakers forgot to run through a simple feasibility check!

Ajay Devgn, playing the protagonist in “Tezz”, delivers a strong performance — something we’ve come to expect from him. However, the narrative and direction of the film are so confused and convoluted that even the actor’s skills can’t salvage it. The dialogues, filled with absurd technical jargon and unbelievable scenarios, made the entire experience almost painful to sit through.

Disjointed Storytelling

One of the major flaws of “Tezz” is its disjointed storytelling. Instead of creating a smooth, engaging plot that keeps the audience at the edge of their seats, the movie takes a roundabout route with a series of unrealistic events and sequences. The film jumps from one scene to another without much coherence, leaving the viewer bewildered and exhausted. The filmmakers seemed more interested in showcasing high-octane action scenes and lesser concerned about how these scenes contribute to the overall story.

The film starts off well, with a gripping premise of a bomb on a speeding train, but it quickly derails. The twists and turns presented feel more forced than natural, giving the audience very little time to get invested in the characters or the storyline. Unfortunately, this makes for a rather disjointed and unenjoyable viewing experience.

The Action Sequences Gone Wrong

“Tezz” is packed with action sequences that leave viewers cringing rather than applauding. The film attempts to combine high-speed chases, heart-stopping moments, and elaborate stunts in every frame, but it often borders on absurdity. The action choreography, visual effects, and stunts are all over the place, which only leads to confusion and frustration. For instance, a sequence where Ajay Devgn’s character runs, jumps, and maneuvers across the train carriages seems more like an amateur video game than a high-budget Bollywood film. The lack of precision, realism, and logic makes these scenes laughable and even cringe-worthy for many viewers.

A Missed Opportunity

“Tezz” had a lot of potential. With a gripping concept and a star-studded cast, it could have been a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat experience for the audience. Unfortunately, the filmmakers took a less-than-serious approach and turned what could have been an engaging action thriller into an unintentionally hilarious mess. The movie is a clear example of how style often overpowers substance in Bollywood, leading to disappointment and frustration among audiences.

Ajay Devgn deserves better than this. His reputation for choosing films wisely and giving powerful performances is still intact. But when it comes to “Tezz,” it feels like everyone involved dropped the ball. The film left audiences scratching their heads and wondering what they just watched.

Why “Tezz” Is a Big No-No

If you’re looking for a smart, gripping, and well-crafted thriller, “Tezz” is certainly not the answer. The film is full of unnecessary elements, over-the-top action scenes, and a plot that simply does not hold up under scrutiny. Ajay Devgn fans might find it hard to watch, given the massive difference between their expectations and the reality of the film. At the end of the day, “Tezz” is just one of those movies that you would rather forget than remember.
