Actually, recently Nimrat Kaur has shared some pictures on her Instagram. She has inaugurated the statue of her father on 25 October, whose photos she has shared. In which her mother and sister are also seen with her. Also, many soldiers are also seen in the photo with Nimrat.

Nimrat has proudly honored her late father, who was a martyred soldier who sacrificed his life in Jammu and Kashmir in 1994. She unveiled this statue on her father’s 72nd birthday and paid tribute to him.

Sharing these pictures, he wrote in the caption, ”Today on Papa’s 72nd birth anniversary, mom, my sister and I inaugurated a memorial in his name, honoring the supreme sacrifice of not only him but also 12 other brave soldiers from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan for the nation.

A dream that I and my family saw 30 years ago when we lost him in Jammu and Kashmir in 1994 has finally come true. Papa was a son of the soil, born in a farmer family in Mohanpura village. He led by example, lived and died fearlessly and fiercely till his last breath.

Today I am unable to express in words the pride I feel standing on this land, at his birthplace, seeing his name and life story immortalized to inspire present and future generations. May my father’s name remain immortal and his legacy immortal… Jai Hind.
