Hina Khan, known for her remarkable resilience, recently made a heartwarming appearance at the screening of Do Patti, a thriller starring her friend Shaheer Sheikh, directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi. The film, featuring Kajol and Kriti Sanon, premiered on Netflix on October 25. Despite her ongoing cancer treatment, Hina attended the event, sharing a warm hug with Shaheer and bidding farewell to the paparazzi with folded hands, saying, “Dua mein yaad rakhna” (“Keep me in your prayers”).

Dressed in a chic white long-sleeve top and grey pants, Hina projected strength and grace, while Shaheer kept it casual in a black t-shirt and jeans, reflecting his relaxed style. The two share a close friendship, first celebrated by fans in their popular music video Baarish Ban Jaana, where their chemistry was widely appreciated.

Ahead of Do Patti’s release, Hina expressed her pride in Shaheer on Instagram, sharing, “Omgeee the trailer is outtt and it looks faab… Shaheer I am so proud of you, Kajol (asli Singham), and do not miss the double dose of Kriti Sanon… Congratulations team.”

Shaheer has also been a pillar of support for Hina through her fight with stage 3 breast cancer, visiting her during chemotherapy treatments and celebrating her indomitable spirit. In an Instagram tribute, he praised her courage, writing, “You are fiery and fearless,” capturing the depth of their friendship and mutual support.

She  recently shared an emotional and inspiring post on Instagram as she continues her treatment for breast cancer. In her heartfelt message, Hina revealed a close-up image of her eye, highlighting her “last standing eyelash,” which she described as her “brave, lone warrior” and current source of motivation as she nears the end of her chemotherapy. Hina penned a moving caption, reflecting on how her genetically long eyelashes once adorned her eyes, but now, with only one remaining, it symbolizes her resilience.
