The report states that 3 office units are worth ₹30.35 crore and come with a built-up area of 8,405 sq ft.

These 3 units are on the 16th floor of the Signature Building.

The registration of these real estate properties in Oshiwara is done under Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan.

₹1.82 crore is the stamp duty cost for these units.

The next 2 office units are on the 17th floor of the building.

Built over an area of 4,893 sq ft, these 2 units are worth ₹14.74 crore.
