Suriya, gearing up for the November 14th release of his period action film ‘Kanguva,’ recently charmed fans in Kerala during a promotional event. The actor, overwhelmed by the reception from over 6000 attendees, even broke into an impromptu dance to a popular song from his 2008 film ‘Vaaranam Aayiram.

Suriya is all set to deliver ‘Kanguva’ next, and the periodic action drama is scheduled to release on November 14. As the film’s release date is approaching, Suriya turned busy with the promotions of his next release, and meeting fans across locations. Following the successful trip to Hyderabad, Suriya landed in Kerala yesterday (Nov 5) for a promotional event of ‘Kanguva’. Fans gathered in huge numbers for the event happened at a public place in Kochi, and they showered their unconditional love for Suriya through their cheer. Suriya went uncontrollably seeing fans’ response to the actor, and he started dancing with fans to the song ‘Ava Enna Enna Thedi Vantha Anjala’ from his film ‘Vaaranam Aayiram’. Suriya recreated a glimpse of the 15-year-old song perfectly, and fans turned nostalgic by seeing his dance moves.

Suriya shared several insights from ‘Kanguva’ to hype the audience for the periodic action drama, and the actor’s confidence hints at a spectacular film for the audience. Over 6000 people attended the ‘Kanguva’ promotional event, and it turned out to be the biggest event in the shopping mall. ‘Kanguva’ is planned to be released on over 500 screens in Kerala, while the reservations for fan shows are already on.

Directed by Siruthai Siva, ‘Kanguva’ features Suriya in a dual role with Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Natty, Kovai Sarala, and Yogi Babu among others. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music, and the film’s songs are doing well on musical platforms.
