Kareena and Saif got married in 2012.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have worked together in films like Tashan and Agent Vinod.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan fell in love in 2007, while working together in the film Tashan. They have worked together in films like Omkara, Kurbaan and Roadside Romeo. Their last film together was Agent Vinod in 2012, the same year as their wedding. Since then, fans have been yearning to watch the couple on screen again.

At a recent event, Kareena was asked if she and Saif would reunite on screen. The actress said, “I mean, right now he’s… he’s coming for the first time… his Telugu film is releasing, so people are really excited about that. I would love to do something with him soon.”

Kareena Kapoor recently completed 25 years in Bollywood. A special film festival is being organised in her honour and she made this comment at its press event. The festival will be hosted for 15 days across Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, and Trivandrum.

She is currently seen in The Buckingham Murders. The Hansal Mehta directorial venture follows a grieving detective, who investigates a murder that reminds her of her own haunting past.

News18 gave the film 4 out of 5 stars for its powerful performances, intention and brilliant cinematography. Our review read, “The Buckingham Murders is a slow-burn police procedural, mounted on the able shoulders of Kareena Kapoor Khan. It is a two-hour testament to Kareena’s brilliance as an actor. Mehta brings out the best in her. The actress, who once called herself ‘the most commercial heroine’, impresses with her unglamorous, nuanced expression of unresolved grief and devastation. Her silent desolation and subtle ways of rebellion become the film’s driving force.”

Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan is gearing up for his Telugu debut in Devara: Part 1. et in a mythical coastal world, the film is about a fearless warrior, Devara (NTR Jr), who braves the treacherous seas to protect his people. But lurking beneath the waves is a deadly conspiracy — one that comes from within, as Devara’s brother, Bhaira (Saif Ali Khan), plots from the depths of the shadows.
