However, his life took a dramatic turn when he became involved in student politics. In 2008, he used a licensed pistol to threaten a rival during student council elections, leading to his first encounter with the law. This incident marked the beginning of his criminal career.
Over the years, Lawrence’s involvement in criminal activities escalated. He formed alliances with other criminals, including Goldy Brar and Sampat Nehra, and expanded his operations. By 2014, he was imprisoned for an armed confrontation with the Rajasthan Police. Despite being behind bars, Lawrence continued to run his gang, allegedly orchestrating several high-profile crimes.
One of the most shocking incidents linked to Lawrence Bishnoi was the assassination of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala in May 2020. The murder, allegedly carried out by members of his gang, sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry and the public. Lawrence’s name has also been associated with multiple threats made against Bollywood actor Salman Khan, including a recent ransom demand.
Despite his criminal activities, Lawrence Bishnoi has managed to maintain a significant following within the Bishnoi community. In a surprising turn of events, he was recently elected as the youth wing head of the All-India Jeev Raksha Bishnoi Sabha, a wildlife protection body. This appointment has raised eyebrows, given his criminal background and the serious charges against him.
Lawrence Bishnoi’s case continues to unfold, with ongoing investigations and legal battles. His story serves as a stark reminder of how quickly a promising future can spiral into a life of crime. As the legal proceedings continue, the public and authorities alike are watching closely, hoping for justice and a resolution to this complex and crazy case.
