The story goes back to the filming of Aishwarya’s comeback movie, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Aishwarya shared a cute incident that occurred on set. On one occasion, Ranbir Kapoor was wearing Abhishek’s jacket and cap, which led Aaradhya to mistake him for her father. Without realizing, Aaradhya rushed behind Ranbir and gave him a warm hug, thinking he was Abhishek. The moment she realized her mistake, she was visibly embarrassed, leaving everyone on set amused.

Since that day, Aaradhya becomes shy whenever Ranbir is around. What’s even more endearing is that Aaradhya doesn’t refer to Ranbir as “Uncle” like most kids might. Instead, she affectionately calls him “RK,” following Ranbir’s request. In an earlier introduction on set, Aishwarya had initially referred to Ranbir as “Uncle,” but Ranbir quickly told Aaradhya to call him “RK” instead, which Aaradhya happily adopted.

Abhishek has since taken every opportunity to tease Ranbir about Aaradhya’s little crush, making it a playful topic between the two actors.
